At RMS, we are committed to equipping students with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly.

This year, we are proud to support Safer Internet Day 2025, with the theme ‘Too good to be true? Protecting yourself and others from scams online.’

Safer Internet Day is the UK’s biggest celebration of online safety, addressing key issues young people encounter in the digital space. This year, the focus is on raising awareness of online scams, helping young people recognise deceptive content, protect themselves, and support others in staying safe online.

At RMS, our Digital Leaders have been championing online safety and digital literacy all year round specifically with Safer Internet Day our Digital Leaders team have been spreading awareness on how to stay safe from scams, and phishing emails. From leading discussions on spotting fake websites and phishing scams to sharing top tips for protecting personal information online, they play a key role in ensuring our school community stays informed and vigilant. Through engaging assemblies, interactive activities, and practical guidance, our Digital Leaders are empowering students and staff to think critically, stay safe, and support each other in the digital world.
