RMS Teacher Co-Authors New GCSE Food Textbook Featuring RMS Student Work

Mrs Yvonne Mackey, Head of Food and Nutrition at RMS, has co-authored a new edition of a renowned GCSE textbook, that was published recently at the end of June.

It is the 2nd edition of this AQA-approved textbook, combining the content of two books, to get the best of both versions.

Mrs Mackey used work from RMS Year 11 GCSE students, Grace and Sophia, as exemplary work in one of the chapters. Grace and Sophia both achieving grade 9 in their food exam.
