During the Easter holidays, RMS Year 10 student Charlotte competed at two international gymnastics competitions.
The first one was at the Tigers International in England, where Charlotte and her partners from Harefield Gymnastics Club were up against the current bronze world medalists; unfortunately, they narrowly missed out on the gold medal by just 0.05 points, so came away with a fantastic silver medal.
Over Easter weekend, Charlotte then competed in Italy, where she and her partners dominated the competition winning three gold medals and achieving the highest scores of the competition. They performed complex skills that were appreciated by the audience with a standing ovation.
During March, Charlotte also competed at the London Regional Championships, and secured the gold medal in a very competitive field.

On 3rd/4th/5th May, Charlotte will be competing at the English Championships, which is also being used as the first trial for Great Britain team selection for the European Championships. We wish Charlotte lots of luck and look forward to sharing how she gets on with you.
