In this episode of In Conversation With…, Clare Freeman, former Head of Sixth Form at RMS, sits down with alumna Jess Middleton to explore her journey from school life to a career as a key strategic deputy to a CEO, managing high-level briefings, cross-functional operations, and organisational strategy
Jess’s impressive career journey began right here at RMS, where her path was set in motion after participating in the Accenture Horizon scheme hosted by the school. Following a degree in Spanish at university and early career experience at PwC, she has built a dynamic career rooted in adaptability and strong leadership support.
In her conversation, Jess reflects on her fondest school memories, from gymnastics and traditional Drill to the transformative support of her teachers, and shares how the ambition, open communication, and confidence nurtured at RMS continue to guide her success today.
