Last week, we had the pleasure of reconnecting with actress Margaret Clunie, an RMS Alumna and the shining star of this year’s John Lewis Christmas advert, The Gifting Hour.
In a special episode of Stirred By The Sun recored with Headteacher Mr Carson and Head Pupil Sarisha, Margaret takes a delightful trip down memory lane, sharing fond recollections of her time at RMS.
She also reflects on her career in acting and gives us an exclusive insight into what it was like to feature in one of the most anticipated TV moments of the season.
An accomplished actress, Margaret gained recognition for her role as Harriet, Duchess of Sutherland, in ITV’s historical drama Victoria (2016–2017). She has also appeared in A Young Doctor’s Notebook alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Jon Hamm, and had guest roles in popular series such as Death in Paradise, Disney+’s Andor, and Channel 5’s Dalgliesh.
