Over the weekend, our boarders came together to make delicious noodles from scratch to celebrate Chinese New Year.
With guidance, they kneaded, rolled, and cut the dough, before cooking their noodles. It was a collaborative weekend of fun, as boarding alumnae returned to join in on the excitement and lend a hand.
Following their cooking session, they sat around the table to enjoy the taste of their homemade noodles.
In addition to their noodle-making, they also showcased their creativity through paper-cutting Chinese New Year decorations, adding an extra layer of cultural enrichment to their weekend festivities.
