Elite Performance: The Fencers Club London Programme
At RMS, our boarders have direct access to the professional training methodology of Fencers Club London. Their elite programme is built on The 4 Pillars of Success, ensuring every athlete is prepared for the national and international stage:
- Train (Movement): Professional strength and conditioning to build speed, power, and agility.
- Prepare (Mindset): Developing the tactical discipline and mental resilience required for competition.
- Fuel (Nutrition): Optimising performance and brain function through specialist athletic nutrition.
- Rest (Recovery): Prioritising sleep and homeostasis to ensure peak performance and injury prevention.
By hosting this world-class programme on-site, RMS boarding provides the perfect home base for your daughter to master these pillars without the commute.

RMS Fencers Take on the World
Two members of the RMS community – current Sixth Former Katie and Class of 2024 alumna Issie – have been selected to represent Great Britain at the Cadet and Junior Fencing World Championships in Rio, Brazil.
Competing from 1 – 9 April 2026, the girls have reached the pinnacle of youth fencing. With only the top 3-4 fencers in each country selected for these categories, their inclusion is a remarkable achievement.
