RMS was abuzz with musical brilliance as world-renowned violinist Tasmin Little CBE delivered a captivating strings masterclass to a group of talented young musicians on Wednesday.
Students from Watford Boys Grammar School, Merchant Taylors, Habs, and Clement Danes, were treated to an extraordinary opportunity as they performed in front of Little, who then provided expert guidance and coaching in the presence of their peers.
The timing of Little’s visit couldn’t have been more fortuitous, as she was recently honoured with the prestigious title of CBE in the King’s birthday honours.
Tasmin has firmly established herself as one of the leading international violinists of our time. Her illustrious career spans iconic venues worldwide, including Carnegie Hall, Musikverein, Concertgebouw, Philharmonie Berlin, Vienna Konzerthaus, South Bank Centre, Barbican Centre, Royal Albert Hall, Lincoln Center, and Suntory Hall.
We are extremely grateful to Tasmin for dedicating her time to visit us and share her invaluable knowledge and experience with our young performers.
