International Admissions
UK Visa and Immigration
We are a Child Student Visa Sponsor Licence holder and will sponsor pupils who require a visa to study in the UK. Our admissions team is happy to help families through the application process once an offer of a place has been made.
Guardians
As with all international boarding schools in the UK, pupils with parents who live or spend a considerable amount of time overseas must appoint a suitable guardian, who should be over 25 years of age, reside in the UK, and live within a suitable distance of the school. It is essential that the guardian, as well as parents, understand their responsibilities before undertaking the role.
Next Steps
The next step is to register and take our RMS Entrance Assessments. We use the Password online assessments in Maths and English. You can find out more about Password here. After the assessments have been marked, we will arrange an interview with the relevant head. We will also ask you to provide a copy of your child’s current school report and any supporting certificates.
Non-English native language speakers will be required to attend English as an Additional Language (EAL) support lessons until the Director of Learning Support is satisfied that the pupil has reached the level required to study at a UK university.
