RMS for Girls is delighted to announce another exceptional year of A-level results. What truly stands out is the vast array of exciting opportunities our students are undertaking. The variety of destinations and courses is a testament to our school’s commitment to enabling every pupil to thrive and shape their unique future.

To celebrate this success, we spoke with members of the class of 2025 to learn about their exciting next steps and how RMS has played a pivotal role in shaping their futures.

Here’s Kylla’s story:

My name is Kylla and I will be going to Drexel University in America to study Behavioural Economics, Business and Organisations. I’ve been at RMS for six years and got A*A*B in my A-levels.

What was your favourite part of RMS Sixth Form?

My favorite part of RMS Sixth Form was the independence to explore new opportunities and push myself out of my comfort zone. Being part of the Pupil Leadership Team and serving as Head of Charities gave me the chance to organise events, take on responsibility, and make a difference in the school community. Most of all, I’m grateful for the friendships I built along the way, which made my time there so memorable.

How has RMS supported you during school?

RMS supported me by giving me the confidence and independence to take on new challenges, while still knowing I had teachers who genuinely cared about my growth. Whether it was encouraging me to step into leadership roles, guiding me through academic choices, or simply being there when I needed advice, the support I’ve had here has made a huge difference in shaping who I am today.

What would you say to someone considering RMS Sixth Form?

I would say definitely go for it. RMS Sixth Form gives you the freedom to explore your interests, try new things, and really find your voice, all while having the support of teachers who want you to succeed. During your time here, you should definitely put yourself out there, be open to new opportunities, and step outside your comfort zone , it’s the best way to make the most of everything RMS has to offer and to create friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

What are you most looking forward to in your next steps?

I’m really looking forward to moving to a new country, meeting new people and making friends from different backgrounds. I know it’s a big change, but I’m excited for the independence and the opportunities to try new things, build my career, and grow as a person. I feel like this next step will play a big part in shaping who I am and the path I take in the future.
