RMS Hosts Thriving Minds Conference for Scholars from RMS and Felsted

At RMS, we place great value on academic curiosity, critical thinking and the opportunity to explore ideas beyond the classroom.

Events like the Thriving Minds Intermediate Conference offer a wonderful platform for our scholars to engage with challenging concepts, collaborate with peers from other schools, and grow in confidence as thinkers and learners.

Below, Mrs Roberts, Deputy Head (Learning & Development) reflects on the day:

It has been wonderful to host Thriving Minds’ Intermediate Conference for our junior academic scholars and to welcome pupils and staff from Felsted School today.

Brains were certainly stretched as we jumped from the ancient (Aristotle) to the future (nanotechnology), considering ethics, morality and customs along the way.

Collaboration and curiosity in abundance – and plenty of food for thought about some really big questions that we will all no doubt keep munching over!  Thank you Thriving Minds for a great day.
