Last Friday, our Year 11 Geography pupils enjoyed an educational adventure at the nearby River Chess.
The River Chess is practically on our doorstep, only a short walk through our beautiful school grounds.
At RMS, we believe in the power of experiential learning. During this field trip, pupils got their hands dirty, conducting experiments and gathering data along the riverbanks. They measured, observed, and connected theory to real-life.
This hands-on experience helped them truly grasp Geography, and it’s moments like these that build confidence and self-belief in the classroom.
Kudos to our Year 11 pupils for turning a textbook subject into a memorable outdoor adventure!
